Petnooks reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.


2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Petnooks reserves the right to:

- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Cancel orders where pricing, product information or inventory errors have occurred. 
- Limit quantities purchased per customer

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.


3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Petnooks is not responsible for typographical pricing errors and reserves the right to cancel affected orders.


4. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colours and images.

Due to differences in screens, lighting and manufacturing, slight variations may occur and do not constitute a fault.

Measurements are approximate.


5. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Petnooks is not responsible for delays caused by:
 
- Courier services 
- Customs inspections 
- Weather events 
- Public holidays 
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.


6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Petnooks is not responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.


8. Order Changes

Orders are processed promptly. We cannot guarantee that orders can be changed or cancelled once placed.


9. Promotional Offers

Promotions, discounts and coupon codes:

Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
May be withdrawn or modified at any time.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, branding, graphics, text and images, remains the property of Petnooks and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petnooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order, except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

Petnooks uses third-party providers including payment processors, shipping providers and website hosting services.

We are not responsible for the policies, availability or actions of these third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia.

 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
